Design for America Oberlin
During my senior year at Oberlin College, I realized my passion for social impact design and co-founded and co-led Oberlin College’s Design for America studio.
Design for America seeks to provide Oberlin College students with the skills to create innovative, impactful solutions to tackle social challenges in the Oberlin community.
As co-founder and co-leader of the studio, I researched and scoped out our problem space and community partner, procured funding for, organized, and marketed our Design Sprint Workshop, spearheaded the project, delegated tasks to studio members, and taught studio DFA’s 6-step, iterative design-thinking methodology.
